Message of the Day: August 25, 2022

If you'd like to book a personal tarot or oracle card reading with me, please visit this link.

The Knight of Pentacles from the Light Seer's Tarot Deck releases his pentacles, followed by a black horse, into a green field. On the right side, the Judgement card from the Light Seer's Tarot Deck shows a woman releasing her spirit into a green and blue light.

Deck: The Light Seer's Tarot by Chris Anne

Pull: Knight of Pentacles & Judgement

Interpretation: Whew y'all. This whole week of cards has been full of transformative energy. We had Death, The Moon and Night (all in one day!). We had the Free Yourself From Pain card twice! King of Pentacles came to help us focus less on our inner transformation to show us how it can manifest healthily in our outer world. Ten of Swords forced a surrender...and more releasing of pain.

Today's pair comes to give us the context.

One thing about Knight of Pentacles in this particular deck is that he is dropping everything that does not serve him in its current form to be recycled and transformed by the soil. We are in a process of releasing. We can trust in an unseen force to help us transform these burdens into a grand harvest. We are letting go and lightening our loads.

And what happens to the spirit after letting go, lightening up and still moving ahead? It is liberated from the bonds of our perceived limitations created by the conditioned ego. It transcends the messes we've created unconsciously with our pain. It is remembering what it came to do here on Earth. It is whole and light and free, because it no longer carries the weight of the world inside. It is allowed to expand and grow and thrive. It is free. It is ready to answer the call of authenticity.

Journal prompts: How does it feel when I imagine being able to release [fill in the blank of a challenging situation you've faced this week] in my body, in my mind and in my emotions? What am I shedding this week and how is it helping me feel lighter?

Affirmations: I shed my burdens with ease so that I may expand into my full potential.
