Poem: Seeding Dreams

A white moonflower in full bloom

I am honored by the soil

In which to plant my dreams

The rain begins to fall

After a time of drought

So the mud can

Swallow the seeds

They've dried up

In the sunlight

So patient

And undeterred

Even when I faltered

This miracle occurred
