Interpretation: The Two of Wands asks us to sit down and get quiet with the desires we have for the future AS OF THIS MOMENT, not our desires of yesterday, not the ones of last month, not the ones of the last decade. Occasionally we'll be pulled to choose between the familiar (comfort zone) and the adventurous (exciting but unknown).
It's a reminder that life changes, desires evolve and people can change. This is a reminder that we are in control of our future when we invite more intention into our lives. This requires stillness, introspection and planning. What trajectory are you on? What do you like about it? What would you like to change? Where would you like to be in one hour? One day? One week? One month? One year? Take it as far as it feels feasible, writing down any plans or new desires, giving yourself permission to change them if necessary.
