Join us for a labyrinth walk at Ann's Labyrinth in Shepherd Park to encourage and celebrate intention, mindfulness and community. We'll begin with a centering meditation, everyone will get a chance to walk the labyrinth, share their experiences and then we'll close with a reading of poetry.
