Join us for a labyrinth walk at Ann's Labyrinth in Shepherd Park to encourage and celebrate intention, mindfulness and community. We'll begin with a short sound bath before we walk the labyrinth and share our experience. Bring a towel, blanket, chair or yoga mat to sit and enjoy.
